ARM Linux 3.10.29 + BusyBox

os Grey · copyright, community-distributed

The default (and only) boot: the real Linux 3.10.29 kernel for the arm-js Versatile Express board, plus a small BusyBox userland packed as an lzo-compressed cpio initramfs. It comes up on the PL011 serial console at a root BusyBox ash prompt. Everything is a real kernel executing on the emulated ARMv7-A core: uname, /proc/cpuinfo, dmesg, ls, cat, mount and the usual BusyBox applets all work.
