Nothing is seeded: both Xtensa LX6 CPUs start at the reset vector, the ROM loads the second-stage bootloader from SPI flash, the bootloader verifies and loads the application, FreeRTOS brings up both cores, and the MicroPython task reaches a live >>> prompt.
