A tiny hand-written Z80 program for the Sega Master System, authored for emulators.org and released into the public domain. It initialises the VDP, loads a 16-colour palette, builds 16 solid tiles and fills the name table with a diagonal (row+column) gradient — the whole 256×192 screen becomes a moving-free rainbow of the Master System palette. It is an ideal debugger target: a short, readable Z80 loop you can single-step while watching VRAM and colour RAM.
