Fractal (V1.1) is a public-domain technical demo for the Neo Geo Pocket Color that renders colour fractal imagery on the handheld. It carries the standard SNK cartridge header with the colour flag set, so it runs in full NGPC colour mode. Written by Tomasz "Dox" Slanina and released to the public domain via the NGPC homebrew scene.
