An original CC0 bare-metal GD32VF103 program. It cycles the on-board active-low RGB LED through red/green/blue/yellow/cyan/magenta/white using the atomic GPIO BOP/BC registers, and names the current colour on the ST7735S LCD in that colour. Exercises the real GPIO output path and the SPI0 -> LCD text path.
