Colour Pad (GG demo)

A tiny hand-written Z80 program for the Sega Game Gear, authored for emulators.org and released into the public domain. It programs the Mode-4 VDP, fills the screen with a single tile, then loops reading controller port 0xDC and rewrites Game Gear colour-RAM entry 0 from the D-pad state: Up paints red, Down green, Left blue, Right yellow and Button 1 magenta. Because the whole screen is that one colour, every press visibly repaints it — an ideal, readable debugger target that also demonstrates live input injection.
