A tiny public-domain Sega Mega Drive / Genesis program by Flavio ("Flavio's Color Bar Screen", 1998), distributed through Zophar's Domain public-domain ROM collection. It initialises the VDP and paints the display with vertical colour bars — a minimal, guaranteed non-black picture and a clean 68000 debugger target: single-step the reset code while watching D0-D7/A0-A7 and the cartridge ROM.
