Boots the Data General Nova with its front panel lit and a demo running: the default prints a banner on the console Teletype and echoes every key you type (uppercase, like a real ASR-33). Click the screen first so it captures the keyboard. The on-screen keypad IS the Nova front panel — flip the 16 data switches and press EXAMINE / DEPOSIT / START / STEP; the navigation keys (Home = examine, End = deposit, PageUp = start, PageDown = step, Esc = stop) drive it from the physical keyboard. Open the debugger to single-step the 16-bit CPU, watch AC0-AC3 / PC / CARRY change, set breakpoints on the program counter and read core memory as octal disassembly.
