DOSBox ECE (Enhanced Community Edition) is a DOSBox build that integrates numerous unofficial patches on top of the DOSBox SVN codebase. It emulates an IBM PC compatible for MS-DOS gaming, adding features such as improved MT-32/General MIDI audio and additional scalers.
