DGen/SDL is a portable Sega Genesis/Mega Drive emulator for Unix-like systems built on the SDL library, descended from Dave Spicer's original DGen. It provides fairly accurate audio and video emulation and remains a lightweight option packaged by many Linux and BSD distributions.
