Microchip SAMD51

The SAMD51 is a Microchip (originally Atmel) system-on-chip built around a 120MHz 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F (ARMv7E-M, Thumb-2, with a single-precision FPU) with up to 512KB of flash and 192KB of RAM. It carries flexible SERCOM serial peripherals that can be configured as I2C, SPI or UART, a set of timers, a DAC, and a USB controller. It is the microcontroller at the heart of the Adafruit Metro M4 Express, where it bit-bangs the on-board NeoPixel and drives the D13 LED and serial console.
