Parallax Propeller 2 (P2X8C4M64P)

2020

The Parallax Propeller 2 (P2X8C4M64P) is a distinctive multicore microcontroller introduced in 2020: eight identical 32-bit processors (cogs), each with 512 longs of private RAM, share a common 512KB hub RAM through the egg-beater hub interface and a set of 64 smart I/O pins. Every instruction carries a per-instruction conditional-execution field and the ZCRI effect flags, and the chip has no interrupts. Here it runs real hand-assembled PASM on a from-scratch eight-cog core, disassembled with a Propeller 2 decoder.
