Nordic nRF52840

The nRF52840 is a Nordic Semiconductor system-on-chip built around a 64MHz 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F (ARMv7E-M, Thumb, with a single-precision FPU) with 1MB of flash and 256KB of RAM. It integrates a 2.4GHz radio for Bluetooth Low Energy, a USB device controller, and on-chip peripherals including GPIO, PWM, timers, a hardware random number generator, and I2C and SPI buses. It is the microcontroller at the heart of the Adafruit Feather nRF52840 Express and many other CircuitPython boards.
