Nordic nRF52833

The nRF52833 is a Nordic Semiconductor system-on-chip built around a 64MHz 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F (ARMv7E-M, Thumb, with a single-precision FPU) with 512KB of flash and 128KB of RAM. It integrates a 2.4GHz radio for Bluetooth Low Energy and a set of on-chip peripherals including GPIO, PWM, timers, a hardware random number generator, and I2C and SPI buses. It is the microcontroller at the heart of the BBC micro:bit v2, and its PWM peripheral drives the board's new on-board speaker.
